Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Court 1 Tennis product, we are happy to take your return within 30 days of receipt. The item must be un-worn, un-washed, and in new condition. Please follow the instructions on the return/exchange form that accompanied your order. Credit for the purchase price of the item will be issued upon receipt of the returned item; shipping charges are not reimbursed.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a purchase for another Court 1 Tennis product, please fill out the return/exchange form included in your shipment and return the item. Court 1 Tennis will pay for shipping the new item to you. Any credit or balance due will be processed upon receipt of the original product by Court 1 Tennis.

Tax Policy

Residents of Washington State will be charged 8.9% sales tax on product and shipping charges.

Shipping

Standard Shipping is via Priority Mail, United States Post Office. Delivery time average is 3 business days from shipment date. It takes an average of 1 business day after receipt of order and credit card approval to ship. Total order to receipt time is approximately 5 business days.
